  • Ya estamos en Diciembre... ¡Quién me lo iba a decir! Estos meses se han pasado muy rápido y ahora comienzan las prisas de aquellos que sólo se quedan hasta Febrero. Si contamos que la mayoría se va en Navidad a España y en Enero son los exámenes, les queda muy poquito por disfrutar.

    ¡Qué rara es aquí la víspera de navidad! En Madrid recuerdo que desde Noviembre se veían adornos navideños en las tiendas, comenzaban a avasallarte con anuncios de juguetes y las luces se ponían a mediados de mes. Aquí, sin embargo, sólo se ven los adornos en las tiendas y se sabe que está próxima la fecha por los mercadillos navideños y la llegada de San Nicolás el día 6 de Diciembre. Jay me ha dicho que hay un mercadillo de navidad todas las semanas de diciembre, estoy desando ir.

    Me gustaría vivir aquí estas fiestas pero soy demasiado familiar. Estoy deseando que llegue Nochebuena y Navidad para cenar y comer, respectivamente, con mi familia e intercambiar regalitos. Lo que me temo es que no estando yo en casa el árbol, los adornos y el Belén seguirán guardados en el trastero.

    1st of December... How is it posible? The time goes by too quickly. People who are leaving Erasmus in February feel that they need to do more and more things because the ending of their stay is coming up soon. Most of them are coming back to Spain for Christmas and the exam period also starts in January. Thus they don't have too many time to enjoy.

    How different is Christmas in Belgium! You know it is Christmas time in Spain because there are lights at the street since November, thousand and one toys tv-ads and so on. I've seen lights and Christmas decoration at shops until now but nothing more. In 6th December, Sinterklaas are coming to bring presents to every child that has been good in the past year. Jay told me that there will be Christmas market in this month so I hope I'll go soon or later.

    I would love to stay here in Christmas but I also want to see my family and friends. I love Christmas! I'm waiting for Christmas' Eve dinner to share moments with my family. Moreover, I love to do Christmas' shopping! Gift-giving too, of course.

  • Time flies when you are having fun! Well cherish the good moments and keep them. I've been through this several times and I can tell you that it hurts. But "the juice is worth the squeeze" !!

    and X-mas here in Antwerp is lovely! X-max market on "Groenplaats" & "Grote Markt" with an Ice skating place! ESN Antwerp will take you there! Actually if it would be possible you should experience X-mas abroad! You can have it at home for the rest of your life!
    I've been to Siena (Italy) last year to my girlfriend to celebrate it there and I loved it!! it's amazing.

    Pero bueno, tienen otras tradicciones y fiestas que no desmerecen nada de las nuestras, eso si, el frio polar se deja sentir enseguida.

    tienes ke pasarte a ver a kika ke esta convaleciente,la operaron hoy y esta aun con la anestesia, esta tan dormidake no puede ni meter la lengua en la boca,e intenta abrir los ojitos pero no puede,jeje e ya os contare como va.
    Por cierto inzcribete en el concurso de bolgs del diaro 20 minutos.ke son 3000 euros de premio y este esta mu bien ( no como el mio)
